Our Flight - Newark to Lisbon Airport

 My trip to Portugal started back in August 2022. I upgraded my luggage for more durable material and if I knew I was going to leave things behind I would of takin an extra bag. (And pay the extra fee). The ticket I purchased for TAP Airlines gave me the option to take 1 check luggage that weights max 50 pounds, 1 bookbag style that weights 17 pounds and 1 man bag or purse for women. Once in the airport (Newark Liberty International). https://www.newarkairport.com/ my flight was to departure at 6:30 PM Eastern Time so I arrived around about 3 hours before and the TAP booth was still closed. After I did the whole process if you have travel before, I did the whole check in took my shoes off belt and etc. One thing I did do different from my last trip to Aruba was that I had to take off all my devices from the bag. Once I was waiting, I decide to have a beer with my dad and that was pricey but well-deserved beer to start off my vacation.  

It was about 6:10 when they called my section to board the plane. Unfortunately, I do not have video footage off me boarding the plane because I was asked not to film. Once in my seat than I did do some recording but with my GoPro and if you guys have been following me you know how I feel about the audio. I decide to you the GoPro instead of my DSLR because of the size. I wanted to be more compact and move freely around. I still think I got decent footage. I didn't record any footage of me eating but the food was ok. I ate baked beef with potatoes and some veggies. It was delicious but a little under salted but too much salt is not good also. 

I arrived at Lisbon Airport the next day around 6:10 AM. As you can see in the video it was still very dark in Lisbon. Once I arrived in Lisbon the plane didn't stop at the gate it stopped in the runway where we took a bus to the terminal of the airport. Once in the airport we had to do a lot of walking until we reached the outside of the airport to get our car.

 Torreira Portugal, what can I say?  I enjoy going there for-food cafes and etc. But Torreira just stopped back in Time. Please listen up...don't JUDGE ME until you read the bottom of this.  I love going to Torreira beach, food and etc I mean just look at the few videos I posted of where I ate. Torreira just stopped developing and growing. There's no competition between bars and restaurants. You have 2 major stops to eat and a few cafes and that's it. It was summertime and I felt that the area was 60% full of people. Don't get me wrong during Sao Paio it was 200% and you guys can be the judge of that once you see my video coming soon.  You will see in the future video of another beach I went to and how full the beach was. This beach had bars on the boardwalk and music and that calls attention and outsiders to come and unfortunately Torreira doesn't have it. Sunday Lunch - Xavega Mar

 Xavega Mar Marisqueira. It's the second time I went to eat at this restaurant and the food is just delicious. Here is the video the first time I ate there.  Scroll down to see todays video. Just a reminder it is a good idea to call to make a reservation so you can get a table as soon as you get there especially during the summer season. That said they will still give you a table with no reservation, but you might have to wait. As of right now twice I went I never did a reservation, and the wait time was less than 5 minutes in matter-of-fact Sunday Lunch there was no wait time, and we ate outside. Let's go see the video. So, I had a guest, and it was my Tia who lives in Portugal. We had a really amazing day at Xavega Mar and hanging out in Torreira. We also went to the beach bar after a few hours and meet a few locals who were also hanging out in Torreira. This was also, Pre Sao Paio vendors were starting to tent up and sell food and etc.

Oxala Restaurante - Ovar Portugal

 Oxala Restaurante in Ovar Portugal by far is the best food I ate all vacation. Not a sponsored video but when you are doing something right, I am definitely calling you out. Excellent service different food options for all types of people. (Seafood, Steaks and Salads) Great wine list and experienced staff that know what they are doing. I want you to know anyone who is reading this and watching the video even thought this was my favorite restaurant. Based on (food, options, location and yes class) all the other restaurants I've visited so far has been great eats all around. Presentation and Taste are key! Next time I visit I would like to try eating at night I feel like this will be a different experience.
